There are more than a billion ways of arranging 100 service orders. Laps finds the most efficient combination.

The travel times required to travel between assignments are calcaluted automatically by Laps.

Laps uses the address of the order to locate and place it geographically. The adress does not need to be perfect, as Laps has a smart address matching that returns the best fit. 

Laps uses highly detailed street level map data, that including one-ways and other traffic restrictions to calculate the travel times. Our routing engine calculates all possibile combinations of travelling between all orders, so that this can be used as a basis in allocating the right technician and choosing the right sequence of orders.

Planning across country boarders is not problem, as Laps supports multi-country planning and travel times.
